YOGA Yin-Yang Flow

The yin-yang yoga combines dynamic exercises with holding postures, addressing and balancing both active and passive quality in our body and mind.

The class builds up towards a yang dynamic practice, with flow sequences, where muscles are engaged and the emphasis is given on energizing and focusing the body. And it ends with few yin postures, where the muscles are relaxed to tap into the connective tissue and ligaments to free and use the joints in their full range of motion, stimulating the organs and the meridian lines.

The combination of yang and yin practice supports the flow of vital energy through the whole body and generates relaxation of mind and body!

It’s a perfect preparation for the dance practice, so it can be combined with the dance class starting right after!
